On 12 August 2025, I put Newlands in the hot seat!


Another day on the campaign trail with some hardy volunteers!

Key themes today:


  •  Rates, affordability and the cost of living pressures

  •  City safety

  •  Not enough street lights in the suburbs

  • Lack of covered bus stops


I also saw some road cones, which appear to have multiplied on a small repair job

Plus, I saw my poster up at New World, which was exciting!
