Pledging My Commitment

I have been asked by a few people why I did not sign this particular pledge. I have been sent numerous requests to sign pledges, and to date, I have not signed any.

You will be able to see my personal position, written in my own words, on many issues on my website. If you read these, you should get a clear idea of who I am and where I stand on key issues.

I entered this campaign because I believe the trajectory of the rates, combined with the future water costs, is completely unsustainable for current and future generations.

If I am elected, I will do everything in my power to ensure spending is prioritised where the community wants it and that rate increases are kept to a minimum (ideally at or near inflation).
